This is very tasty and delicious dry bombil fry.....
Steps

Take dry bombil and soak it in water for 20-30 mins....cut it's tail and all unwanted parts...cut it into bite size pieces..

Wash thoroughly under water and drain..take a kadai add oil...and curry leaves once hot add the the bombil and saute in oil for a minute thn add the masalas and salt and mix well to coat...at this point can add few drops of lemon juice for the tanginess...totally optional...

Cook on low flame till it's crisp...u can crisp it as per ur preference...as i like it crispy and my son likes it little soft...tasty bombil fry is ready to eat with rice and dal...

Note:people who try it first time...it's little smelly when u fry at home....use air freshner 😀..but tastes awesomee....
