Cooking Instructions
- 1
Select pork neck, clean it, and cut into pieces about 0.2 inches thick.
- 2
Add vegetable oil and salt, then massage until the salt dissolves.
- 3
The vegetable oil helps make the pork tender and not tough.
- 4
Pound the cilantro roots, garlic, and white pepper until fine.
- 5
Add coconut sugar.
- 6
Add seasoning powder.
- 7
Add oyster sauce.
- 8
Add sweet dark soy sauce to enhance the color of the grilled pork.
- 9
Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce per 2.2 lbs of pork for a nice color.
- 10
Add soy sauce.
- 11
Mix until the sugar dissolves.
- 12
Massage the pork for about 10 minutes.
- 13
Add tapioca flour and massage again.
- 14
Add 1 ladle of fresh coconut milk and massage until well combined with the pork.
- 15
Cover with a plastic bag or wrap and marinate in the refrigerator or icebox for at least 1 hour.
- 16
Skewer the pork, making each skewer worth 10 baht (use 8-inch skewers).
- 17
- 18
Grill over low heat. When turning the skewers, brush coconut milk on the side facing up. If the pork is dry, brush with coconut milk frequently.
- 19
Once cooked, prepare hot sticky rice and delicious jaew dipping sauce. Enjoy! 😄😄😋

Mild Pork Curry with Coconut Milk (simple & easy) Mild Pork Curry with Coconut Milk (simple & easy)
This easy Filipino curry is very mild (add chilies to add heat!), but fills your house with a nice curry aroma. Satisfies your curry and coconut craving too! Great with steamed white rice.First, choose your protein. Goes with chicken, pork, or beef. I should try if it goes with lamb... Soon.I used pork in this one, tail end in fact. Love it's fatty goodness, and bones in sauce make it tastier. SpottedByD -

I like the slightly lighter taste of this style over the heavier flavors of some others. This is pretty easy, and eaten plain, with rice, or awesome in lettuce wraps. So versatile. If you use it a different way, let us know, we might want to try it also. Fo Fa
