Soak Abacha in lukewarm water for 5min, drain and set aside

Grind ur pepper, crayfish and ehuru together, set aside, dice ur ponmo and also cut out some big ones, debone ur fish as well. And wash it ugba.

In a pot pour ur oil and add onion and the fish to fry a little remove the fish and add yr ogiri,grinded pepper and crayfish stir for a while and add the ugba, correct ur seasoning and add little water to boil for 3min then pour ur Abacha and garden eggs mix well and add the fried fish, serve with onion rings.
