    Managu; remove the leaves from branches and wash well then slice.boil the managu for few minutes

    Place a sufuria on heat add oil then add onions,when onions are done add boiled managu then add milk let it boil for 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Beef;boil meat till tender,when water is drained add onions, garlic and stir (if meat is oily)

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes stir till tomatoes are done add a cup of water,salt and royco let it boil for around 10minutes add dhania then remove from heat

  5. 5

    Make your ugali and serve
