Ingredients

  • 2Plantain
  • 1Onion
  • 5 piecesFresh pepper
  • 1cksp Palmoil
  • Salt
  • 1Titus fish head

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel plantain,preheat oven for 2minutes.Place on the oven rack and close.After 5minutes turn the other and remove after 5minutes.

    Rinse the fish head and boil with onion and salt for 3minutes.

  3. 3

    Dice onion, fresh red pepper,set palmoil on the heat for 3minutes.fry the fish head and pour in the diced onion and fresh to fry add salt stir and leave it for 2minutes.
