Steps

Add besan,chopped onion,carom seeds,salt in a mixing bowl add some water and make a batter.

Heat oil in a wok add pakoda and deep fry it.

Heat oil in a wok add rai and hing when splutters add spices and roast it.

Now add besan and buttermilk and water and cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes.

Now add pakode and cook for 5 minutes.

Serve with rice
