Classic Tiramisu Classic Tiramisu
Store bought just doesn't make the cut. I had to make my own. It is easy but time consuming, the best things are worth the wait. This really does need to chill for 24 hours. If you can't wait it must be at least 12. Cooking the eggs over a double boiler takes a full 10 minutes but is vital. All steps truly make a masterpiece when finished. Taylor Topp Comacho -
Tiramisu Tiramisu
Tiramisu is such a delicious dessert from Italy with many variations. In my version I left out the uncooked egg yolks and used vanilla flavored whipped cream blended with the marscapone for a loghtens creamy filling and topping. It's a great ending to any meal with its great coffee, vanilla flavor. fenway -
Tiramisu Tiramisu
This recipes is the result of a lot of trial and error. I've been making this for the past 10 years. This time, I made it for my hubby's 40th birthday. The strawberry compote is just a mix of strawberries and sugar simmered together. You could also make this the traditional way and sprinkle cocoa powder on top. I topped it with strawberry compote based on my hubby's request. Coating the biscuits with a generous amount of butter will make it crunchy. Recipe by Mon*chou-chou* cookpad.japan -
