Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2big slices of yam
  • Vegetable oil
  • Fresh pepper
  • Curry
  • Cinnamon
  • Salt
  • cubesSeasoning
  • Flour

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel the yam, wash and dice into any shape of your choice

  2. 2

    Pour the diced yam into a bowl

  3. 3

    Add salt, seasoning cubes, fresh pepper (already grinded), curry and cinnamon and then sprinkle a little flour on it.

  4. 4

    Mix well, cover and allow it stay for about 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Place a clean pan on fire, when it's dry, pour in your vegetable oil and allow it heat.

  6. 6

    Pour in the already spiced yam and fry in deep oil for about 3 minutes.

  7. 7

    Use a frying spoon to bring it out once it's golden brown. And voilà, your yam peruza is ready.

  8. 8

    Serve with any sauce and drink of your choice
