Steps

Heat half oil in a big kadahi. On slow flame roast the poha slowly till it is crisp.take it out and keep aside.

Add half of the remaining oil again and roast all the remaining ingredients one by one and take take them out separately. Like chana dal, Curry patta, green chillies, sesame seeds and peanuts.

Take remaining oil, sprinkle mustard seeds or jeera, add turmeric powder, salt, sugar. Add poha and all other ingredients and mix gently so that the poha doesn’t breaks. Check out for salt and sweet taste and store in air tight container.
