Ingredients

  • 140 gWholewheat flour/atta
  • 30 gCornflour
  • 1 tspBaking Soda
  • pinchSalt
  • 1/2 tspvinegar
  • 120 gSugar(adjust acc to taste, I like it less sweet)
  • 150 mlMilk
  • 80 mlOil(I used olive oil)
  • 1 tspAny fruit essence
  • 70 gTutti Fruity

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 180 deg. Grease a loaf pan with oil and dust with flour. If available line it with parchment paper.

    Toss tutti fruity in tbsp of flour and set aside. This stops the tutti fruity from sinking to the bottom of the pan.

  3. 3

    Sift wheat flour, cornflour, salt, baking soda, powdered sugar and mix well.

  4. 4

    Now add in milk, oil, vanilla and mix well. Now add in tutti fruity and mix well.

  5. 5

    Pour into the pan and bake for 45 mins till a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  6. 6

    After cooling thoroughly demould it and slice into pieces
