Had some left over angelfish from a curry I was making and decided to fry it

Have 3 separate bowls ready. In the first bowl put the flour in. In the second beat an egg into it and in the third mix tue breadcrumbs. Fish spice and salt and pepper

Cut the fish into sizes you want

Now it is time to coat the fish. First in the flour then the egg then the breadcrumbs

Repeat with all fish pieces

Fry in shallow or deep until golden in colour
- 6
Leave the fish on a strainer or paper towels to drain excess oil
- 7
Once it is drained, serve!!
