  2. Provola cheese (or any sliced cheese)
  3. Flour
  4. Breadcrumbs
  5. 1egg

Cooking Instructions

    First, make a small package with the mortadella and cheese.

    Then dip them in a beaten egg and afterwards in breadcrumbs.

    You can freeze some of them.
