Boil your rice and set aside.

Assemble all your ingredients and wash them well.

In a sufuria fry the onions in vegetable oil till golden fry.

Add chopped tomatoes, and let it cook for 3min till forms a paste.

Add the small chopped pieces of hoho and let it cook for 3 min and then add enough salt to taste

Whisk the eggs in a bowl and fold it in the tomato-hoho paste to mix well.let it cook for 5 min while stirring.

Add the chopped dhania,let it cook for 3 min,then serve with boiled rice,its amazing. Thanks.
