Boil the banga nut to soften. Then pound it in a mortar. Make sure you squize out the juice well with water to get enough nutrients.

Then put the banga water into a pot and heat. Wash and put the meat inside. Add all.condiments to taste and allow to cook

Add the little egusi and stir. Give it 20more mins,depending on the amount of water added.

Then stir and put of heat. Ooops, souppy is ready
