Ingredients

  • 1kilo flour
  • 4 tablespoonsmargarine, 3 tea spoons yeast,
  • 12 tablespoonssugar, cardamom powder, 2 tablespoon yogurt

    Mix with water and sugar

  2. 2

    Knead the ingredients with milk and leave it to settle for 15 mins

  3. 3

    Roll it out and cut into shapes, deep fry serve with tea
