Boil the milk in heavy bottom pan. Now add almond, pistachio, cashew and let it boil on low flame for 15 minute.

In other pan put ghee and roast fox nuts. And let it cool down completely. Then make a coarse powder of it.

Then add fox nut powder to the milk.

Stirr the milk in between to avoid burning. You will see that the milk get thicken. Cook for some more minute to get desired consistency.

Now add sugar and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes more. Then add malai or cream and saffron strands. Stirr well. Then after getting good consistency switch off the flame.

Now add rose petals, rose water, cardamom powder. Mix it well.

Garnish it with rose petals and some more powdered dry fruits.

You can enjoy it hot or chilled. Both will give an awsome taste.
