Steps

Put the flour, salt and yiest together and knead until soft. Cover with cling film and let it ride to double it's size. (1 hour)

As you wait for the dough to rise, fry onions until soft then add the tomato puree and simmer for 15 minutes stirring until it becomes a thick paste. Then set aside to cool.

Grate the cheese, cut the fried sausages, cut the brawn and pineapple into small pieces.

Roll out the dough and put it in an oiled baking tin.

With all the ingredients ready....

Apply the pizza sauce onto the dough.

Then put half the sausages on it.

Followed by all the ham.

Then the remaining sausages, then all the pineapples, then sprinkle the grated cheese and put in the oven at 200degrees for 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle dhania then put it back in the oven for 5 minutes.

Serve hot with your favorite cold drink and enjoy.
