Make paneer kofta-:

Mash paneer and potato

Add green chilli, corn flour,salt, mix it and make dough

Make round shape pieces from the dough

Put oil in the pan and heat it fry them till they turns brown

Make gravy-:

Grind green chillies, tomato, cashew

Put oil in the pan and heat

Add cumin seeds coriander powder, turmeric powder, then continue stirring and put the tomato paste and fry them properly

After 3-4 minutes put the cream in the pan and cook properly until the oil seen on the masala

Now add one glass of water

Continue stirring till the gravy boiling put garam masala and salt in the gravy

Put the kofta in the gravy cover the lid for 5 minutes

Malai kofta is ready
