Ingredients

1onion, diced
2carrots, grated
3 clovesminced garlic
1 tspcumin
to tasteSalt and pepper
1/2 tspcoriander
1/2 tspchili powder
1/4 tspcayenne pepper
Olive oil for sauteeing
2 cansblack beans, rinsed, drained, and mashed
1 Tbssoy sauce
1/2 Cupquick oats

Saute first 8 ingredients in olive oil.

Add black beans, soy sauce, and oats to sauteed mixture, form patties.

Freeze patties for at least 30 minutes and store until ready to use.
