In a bowl add flour then add dry seasoning ingredient,add in scotch bonnet onion nd spring onion add water to form a watery batter,then add egg (beaten)using a nonstick medium sized pan,drizzle palm oil nd pour serving spoonfull of the batter allow to coom nd flip over till ur desired browness is achieved serve with seasoned chili powder.
