Grease round bowl and add cereal.

Grease a 9"x13" pan and set aside

Combine corn syrup and sugar. Stir over med heat until it boils.

Remove from heat immediately after it boils and stir in 1/2 cup of peanut butter and then pour over cereal.

Pour mixture in pan.

Combine chips, peanut butter, and vanilla in bowl. Warm with microwave 30 seconds at a time until mixture is smooth.

Spread chocolate mixture over cereal mixture in pan.

Wait for chocolate mixture to harden, cut into sections and eat.
