Boil the chicken breast with half an onion, a cinnamon stick, whole black peppercorns, and 3 whole cloves until cooked through.

Once the chicken is cooked, slice it and place it in an oven-safe dish. Add the sliced onions, diced tomato, all the spices, and a little olive oil. Broil in the oven using only the top heat until browned.

While the chicken is browning, make a salad by mixing parsley and onion.

Prepare the tahini sauce by mixing lemon juice, 1/4 cup tahini, 1/2 container of yogurt, and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. Mix well and set aside.

You can also make sandwiches with the chicken and serve.
