Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/2 cupoats
  2. 350 mlmilk
  3. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  4. 8-10kesar (saffron) threads
  5. 1 1/2 tspsugar/ according to taste
  6. 1 tbsproasted til (sesame seeds)
  7. 1 tbspchopped almonds

Steps

  1. 1

    Lightly roast the oats for 4-5 minutes on medium flame. Then, keep aside.

  2. 2

    Take a deep pan and heat the milk. Add sugar, kesar, cardamom powder, roasted til (sesame seeds) and the roasted oats.

  3. 3

    Cook for 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally. Garnish with almonds and serve immediately. Enjoy!
