Ingredients

  • 140 Mlwater (lukewarm)
  • 3 gmssalt
  • 4 gmsyeast
  • 2 gmsbread improver (optional)
  • 15 mlolive oil/vegetable oil
  • 250 gmsflour (sifted)
  • 1/4 pcegg yolk +1 tsp water (for eggwashing)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix all ingredients except the egg and just brush with oil and let proof

    Punch down and roll into a string then tie into a knot and brush with eggwash and use various toppings

    Bake till browned and brush with garlic butter and let crisp

    Serve warm
