1 cupchopped methi leaves
2 cupbuttermilk
1 cupgram flour
to tasteSalt and turmeric powder

Mix buttermilka and besan keep aside
2

Boil.methi till get soft,add buttermilk mix and keep stirring till a boil
3

Now add salt and turmeric and let it boil about 20 minute
