Get your rice soak overnight

Wash and the rice with cold water

Put it in a suitable pot, pour enough water to cover the rice, and turn it to medium heat

When the water dries up, check the rice by pressing it between your fingers, if it resist then add some and reduce to low heat

Once your rice is well cook mash the rice with wooden spatula until it turn to mass of tuwo

Cover and leave it to steam for 3-5 min

Wrap it with leather in small ball to prevent from drying

Cut your chicken into pieces and wash it

Add your dice onion, crush garlic, black pepper, ginger, cloves stock cube and medium amount of water

Cover the pot and place it in medium heat and cook until tender

When the chicken is done get the chicken from the stock and fried it

Put little amount of groundnut oil in your empty pot and put your grind pepper, onion and locust beans to fry

While frying add some stock cube and some little amount of grind garlic and ginger powder for a nice aroma

After it is well fried add your chicken stock and let it to cook until tender

Taste the soup and adjust any required ingredient

Add the ground kuka preferably with your hand, a little at a time and whisk continuously until you end up with a lump free consistency

If the soup turns out very thick during this process, add more water to it and stir

Return all your fried chicken to the soup, stir and leave it to cook for 10 minutes on low heat until everything incorporates

Once youre happy with the taste and the consistency of the soup, take it off heat. Serve Miyan Kuka with your Tuwon shinkafa
