Steps

Take rice and dal mix, wash and soaked for 1 hour.

After 1 hour take pressure cooker add ghee when ghee heats add cumin seeds, crackle then add garlic add onion and saute add all spices.

Then add dal and rice mix then add water and give 1 whistle finally turn the gas off.

When Pressure is released khichdi is cooked.
