Steps

Wash ur millet very well and remove any dirty.

Drain and take it to grinder to make it into powder form

Sieve and remove the chaff

Put plain water on fire and allow it to boil

Dilute ur millet powder with potash water(neither too watery nor too thick

Pour the boiled water into diluted one,use twister to keep turning until well combined.. Ur Kunun kanwa is ready.

For the akara,soak beans like for 10mnts.

Wash and remove the chaff

Add red pepper, scotch bonnet, onion including little dried ginger,

Grind/grate into smooth paste

Add ajino moto and little salt to taste

Heat enough oil and fry until golden brown. Ur akara is ready. Enjoy.
