Wash and cook your rice according to the package instructions.

Cook the beans till soft

Add oil in a pan and lightly fry the onions ginger and garlic. Add diced tomatoes, all spices, green pepper. Add the beans and toast.

Wash the vegetables with vinegar or lemon juice. Cut them to your desired shapes

Use a food mold and mold the rice. Serve with the beans sauce and the salad.
