Preheat oven at 170 ℃

Measure all ingredients,blend the banana n assemble on a working area.

Cream sugar n butter until light n fluffy

Add eggs one at a time, add vanilla until well combined

Sift flour with spices,baking n salt. Add to the egg mixture alternating with the bananas

Mix n scrape the sides to ensure everything is well combined. Pour into greased n floured 2 400g loaf tins

Bake from 1hr to 1hr 30 mins or until a skewer comes out clean

Enjoy with milk
