Cut ur vegetables seperately and wash wit water n salt set aside

Grind ur kayan miya including nutmeg n garlic

Place ur pot on fire put ur palm oil and fry add to it sliced onions den put ur gring kayan miya and fry

Add seasoning and grind groundnuts curry den continue frying

Put ur Ugu leaves first continue frying for 5mnts den water leaf for 2mnts den add little water stir nd cover for 2mnts
