Grate carrot

Boil little milk add grated carrots in it

Cook nicely till milk gets thickened up

Add sugar and malai to get rich taste in halwa

For peas halwa grind peas in a mixer

Now heat ghee in a kadai add grinded peas in it and cook it for some time

Now add 1/2 cup water and sugar as desired

Cook completely

Grate paneer

Boil milk add grated paneer

Add sugar when thickened

Yummy halwas ready. Garnish with nuts and sprinkles
