Firstly in a pan dry roast sesame seeds on a medium flame till it splutters.

Heat the ghee in the same deep non stick pan add the jaggery mix well.

And cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes while stirring continuously.

Switch off the flame add the roasted sesame seeds and mix very well.

When the mixture is ready immediately pour mixture over the butter paper or on to a greased thali or a smooth stone surface.

Be quick else the mixture turns hard and will be difficult to set.

Now using a rolling pin roll the slightly thick block.

Allow to cool for a minute and when it's still warm cut into square pieces using a sharp knife.

Allow it to cool completely store bin an airtight container and serve for a month.
