Put magaz curry seeds Ina mixture jar,add til and peanut seeds.crush and transfer in a bowl.add sev init.add fresh garlic,add coriander seeds powder,add red chilli powder and haldi powder,add sugar,saly to taste,add little bit coriander,add 2tbsp lemon juice,add 2 tbsp oil init and mix well.

First crushed this pea and cut this bringal.need this cap,washed bringal.keep it dipped in water.

Fry brinjal put 4tbsp oil in a pan.put brings in a pan after heat the oil.roll out properly and fry well.take out after colour change take in a plate.

Add hing init,add Onion init,cover and cook for 1 minutes.now add crushed pea seeds (tuvar).,add tomatoe puree mix well.cover and cook for 2 minutes.stir.now add 2 tbsp milk cream init.mix well.add fried bringal init.mix well.cook for 1 minutes.now add stuffing init.mix well.add water as need.

Cover and cook for 2 minutes so that the oil comes upwards. Curry has been ready.transfer in a bowl.ready to serve.

Serve with bajra Rotlo,spring Onion,gud,garlic chutney,and green chilli.
