1 cupgreen onions
2 clovesminced garlic
1minced jalapeno
1 tsp.cumin
32 oz.chicken broth
1 lb.chicken
1 1/2avocado
3 tbsplime juice
1/3 cupcilantro
Monterey jack cheese
diced Roma tomatoes for topping

Simmer chicken, vegetable oil, green onions, garlic, jalapeno, cumin, broth

Let cool then shred

Blend broth mix, avocados, lime juice, cilantro

Mix in chicken
