Steps

Preheat the oven to 200c

Mix the dry ingredients (flour, sugar,yeast, milk powder) well and step aside

Put in egg one by one to the dry ingredients and milk slowly to form a dough. Knead until have a smooth dough

Put in butter and salt and knead it until have a soft dough and elastic (window pane pattern), close it with aluminum foil or cotton cloth. Let it rise in the warm place about 1-1 and half hour

Beat the dough and make a round shape (about 60gr) and put in the baking pan. Take some dough to fill in with dark cooking chocolate for chocolate filling. Leave it about 20 minutes. brush the top with milk and condensed milk mixture.

Put in the oven and bake in 180-190c for 25minutes. Take it out and brush the top with butter rightaway.
