Steps

Heat oil in a pan. Add cloves, bay leaves, cinnamon, peppercorns, green cardamoms and sauté for a minute.

Add onion and sauté till onion turns golden.

Add prawns saute for few mins

Add green masala paste fry for few mins,add chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder cook for few mins,add chopped tomatoes cook till tomatoes are mashed

Add rice and salt, mix well. And 4 cups water and mix well.Cover and cook till prawns and rice are completely done.

Garnish with coriander leaves
