Methi thepla is easy and healthy recipe and has a shelf life of 3-4days.
Steps

Make a paste of green chillies, ginger and garlic.

Add all the ingredients except ghee/oil and with the help of water knead a soft dough.

Cover and let it rest for 15-20mins.

Knead the dough again. Take a small portion of dough and roll it.

Heat tawa and with the help of ghee/oil cook the paratha from both sides.

Serve with white butter, curd, raita or simply enjoy with pickle and ghee.
