Ingredients

  1. 3 1/2 cupflour
  2. 1egg
  3. 1tbpn yeast
  4. 3tbpn sugar
  5. 4tbpn butter
  6. Milk
  7. Nutmeg or flavour
  8. Water
  9. For coating
  10. Sugar
  11. Cinnamon

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the dry ingredients in bowl

  2. 2

    Mix the yeast in a separate place with water and stir add in the egg,pour the yeast mixture in the dry ingredients and mix with butter. Knead for like 15min

  3. 3

    Twist it and allow to rise for 15-20 minutes depending on ur weather

  4. 4

    Fry on medium heat and coats with suger mixture
