Add curd, besan and Rava in a bowl and make batter. Add Ginger and chilli paste, turmeric powder, Eno, and salt in the batter.

Take a cake tin, grease it with oil and pour all the batter in it.

Then steam it for 15 mins on medium flame on steamer. Now on low flame put a tadka pan on gas and put some oil. Then add mustard seed, green chilli slice, curry leaves, grated coconut. Cracker it and then put one cup water, 1tsp sugar, 1 pinch salt.

After the steamed dhokla become cool add tempering and garnish with coriander leaves.

Cut in square shape dhokla and serve with coconut Chutney.
