Wash fish very well with lime and cut in pieces and kip aside.Wash and coarsely blend ur pepper, scotch bonnet and onion

Fry in oil on low heat,add garlic and fry for 3 mins

Add spices..curry thyme.i lyk to add some daddawa to my peppersoup..add salt and seasoning

Add sliced onion and fry for 1 min..add water bt not much,also add 2 bay leaves

Allow to simmer,reduce heat and add washed fish

Adjust seasoning and cook on low heat fr 15 mins..add spring onion and cook fr 2 more mins. Remove bay leaves
