In a bowl mix colostrum milk, cows milk, sugar, elaichi and nutmeg. Mix well till sugar dissolves.

Pour this milk mix in a baking tray. Crush and sprinkle saffron all over. Also sprinkle the badam and pista powder all over.

Steam on double boiler on high for 10 minutes and then on low for 15 minutes. You can also bake it at 189°C for 20-25 mins.

Let it cool and then refrigerate. Serve chilled.
