Firstly wash carrot peeling, grated. Take a heavy bottom wok and add grated carrot heat for 5 mins on low flame.

Then add milk and cook it till them become half.On low flame.

After then continuesly stir on mid flame till come out thick.

Add sugar, desi ghee,khoya and cardamom powder cook it and mix well for 5 mins on high flame.

Add dry fruits and switch off flame.Ready to serve. Garnish with green pista (optional).
