When you can't have Wheat in your diet, yet Bread n Chapati n Cakes n pancakes are staple breakfast accompaniments, you'll find yourself thinking and cooking outside the box.
This turned out to be a surprisingly great combination.
Plus side is it doesn't even need sugar!

Steps

Preheat oven to 350F. Generously grease a muffin pan with margarine or oil.

In a food processor blend all ingredients until completely smooth. I don't use sugar thus a normal blender works for me. If you want to use sugar you may need to cream it first with a hand mixer.

In case the mixture is too dense, you can either use water or a bit of milk.

Scoop and fill the muffin Pan. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until done.
