Wash your snail thoroughly with alum and put inside the pot. Add your salt,maggi and fry peer to taste.

Then pound fresh pepper and cut oziza leaf down. Add the smashed pepper. Put your stock fish and cover the pot to allow everything cook and mix well.

In 25mins time, add your Palm oil to it and cover the pot. Allow to thicken naturally in another 20mins and ooops,it's ready for serve

Then heat up pot
