Pick and rinse the sabudana well till you get transparent water when rinsing

Soak them overnight in enough water the nex day drain them the soaked sabudana

Take a large plate or bowl and add mashed potatoes and all dry ingredients to the soaked sàgo

Take a non stick pan apply peanut oil and take some portion of the mixture and flatten with your palms you can flattern on ziplock bag also it's easier way. Ready to serve with curd
