This is a healthy breakfast to start your day with.
Steps

Wash urad dal, fenugreek seeds together and soak in water for two hours.

Then drain the excess water and grind well until soft and fluffy. Add the Millet flour, salt and give a good mix.

Allow it to ferment for eight hours.

Grease idly plates with oil. Mix the batter well and pour into the greased idly moulds.
- 5
Steam cook for about ten minutes.Serve with chutney or sambar.
