  4. 3 tablespoonsred curry paste
  5. Bai Yor leaves, basil, or vegetables of choice
  6. 3kaffir lime leaves
  7. 1red chili pepper
  8. 1 teaspooncoconut blossom sugar
  9. 1 tablespoonfish sauce
  10. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  11. 1 teaspoonrice flour (optional)

    Cut the dolly fish into small pieces.

    Mix the curry paste with 1 1/2 boxes of coconut milk and combine with the fish.

    Crack the egg into the mixture and season with fish sauce, sugar, and salt. Add 1 sliced kaffir lime leaf for fragrance. *I secretly added 1 teaspoon of rice flour.

    Blanch Bai Yor leaves and place them at the bottom of a bowl, or use basil or cabbage as desired.
