Grind the minced meat along with the coriander leaves and green chilli. Then add all the ingredients and mix well with hand.

Make a well in the center and keep a small bowl with a burning coal. Drop some ghee on it and cover for 1 min. U will get the smoky flavour in the kabab. Mix the kabab mixture once again and let it rest for 30 mins.

Make small oval shaped balls. Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan. Add the galouti kababs to the pan. Cook on medium flame from both sides till it is cooked and turns nice and golden. Serve hot with green dahi chutney and onions
