Steps

First of all Get rava, milk, ghee, cardemom powder, and dry fruits and sugar in bowl equal measures...

First u can take pan on medium flame gas and add ghee..

And add rava..

And rava and ghee mix probably.. don't let lums be formed..

And stir till it becomes light pink..

And added milk, sugar, raisins..keep this pan on medium to high flame and let the sugar solution come to boil.

And add cardemom powder and mix it well. keep on stirring the rava so that it does not stick to the pan and it's roasted evenly.

Sheera becomes soft.. stir and then add the mixture has the tendency to splutter.. be quick enough to stir. Rava will begin to absorb milk and well. Keep on stirring often toll the whole mixture starts thickening and starts to leave the edge of the pan..

Sheera is ready... Garnish with chopped dry fruits and saffron..
